Mad-Croc Karting UK Wins the Senior X30 Final at Kimbolton kart track.

The team had a good weekend at round 3 of the Kimbolton Club championship. This was the last meeting at the Kimbolton circuit before the X30 tour round there in April.
Jacob Stilp won the first heat, and finished 7th in the 2nd after starting 22nd, putting him grid 2 for final. At the start he dropped back to fourth but then fought his way back into the lead by lap 8. He then continued to pulled away for a convincing victory, taking fastest lap in process!
Max Stilp had another strong weekend, setting fastest lap in heat 1, only 2 tenths off lap record. That time stayed as fastest time of the day. He lined up on grid 4 for the final and after a difficult start was extremely fast in middle part of the final to come back through field to finish 4th.
James Corpe returned to the scene for his first race weekend of his 2015 campaign! After getting back into it he improved all weekend and looked particularly fast in the wet. With a good drive in the final finished he first race back in 10th!
This gave Mad-Croc karting fastest lap of the day with Max, victory in the final with fastest lap for Jacob and with James 10th in final putting 3 Mad-Croc karts in the top ten!
Mad-Croc Karting came so close to its second win of the day with Martyn Smith in the First round of the 177 Rotax max Interclubs Championship at Kimbolton. After the heat races, and looking fast in wet and dry condition was on grid two for the final. With the gap up to 1.2 seconds in the final he manged to catch the leader and had several attempts to take lead but unfortunately didnt pull it off and ended up second 0.16 behind leader over the line.
The Kart is again proving to be fast in wet and dry conditions, and in Rotax Max as well as Iame X30.
