On Saturday evening Jacob had been topping the times sheets with Max not far behind and both drivers and the team feeling confident about race day on sunday.
Sunday started of well with Max finishing 2nd and Jacob 4th and setting fastest lap after starting the heat from towards the back of the grid. With rain looming it was a last minute change on the grid to inters for heat 2. The team deciding it was better to save the better wets as the forecast was for weather to get worse. With some drivers deciding to go for better wets, it was going to be hard. Max finished 7th from 18th and Jacob DNF. For heat 3 the track was quite wet and cold and the team made to wrong decision on tyre pressures which made it difficult for the drivers.
The meeting was shortly after the 3rd heat abandoned, which was a shame because we didnt get a chance to show drivers and karts pace in the wet as we have been fast recently and sure the drivers would have got a good result.
